Focus is one of the major features in Ro-Ghoul, as it is your upgrading system. It is where you can apply your focus points to the stats you'd like to grow. You earn 3 focus points each time you level up until you reach Level 2,000. To level up, your experience must reach 20 times your level (level 300 = 6,000 experience needed.) Level 2,000 is currently the maximum level a player can reach. Players may also choose to spend 25 Robux to reset their Focus points OR may purchase the Infinite Redo Focus Gamepass and change their focus once every 60 seconds. By resetting their focus points, a player will be refunded every single Focus point they've earned from leveling up and may reallocate the points to whatever stat they want.

- Physical: Increases your physical powers like dashing range and punch damage (Max. Physical: 100 for Dashing Range, 6000 for Punching/Kicking).
- Kagune/Quinque: Increases your Kagune/Quinque's damage.
- Durability: Increases your health, making you tougher against attacks. It also increases block duration.
- Speed: Increases your movement speed and reduces your dash cooldown (Max. Speed: 200).
