The IXA is Arima's Quinque. It has two modes: Melee Mode and Gimmick Mode. It is a Koukaku Type Quinque. Design wise it is shaped like a lance adorned with details near the hilt and the Pommel ends in a sharp point. In gimmick mode, the blade shrinks down to a small stub that uses ranged attacks instead of melee attacks but these still do significant amounts of damage as the cluster of range attacks can overwhelm a close ranged fighter.

Trivia

• It shares the same price as T-Human and Kajiri.
• This Quinque was one of the game-changing weapons alongside the Eto kagune released prior to the first release of it's kakuja and creation of the boss.

Stages

The IXA only has one stage but has two modes.

Melee mode

Focuses on close combat and melee combat.

Moves

Keybind	Description	GIF
Click	You stab your enemy with your quinque.
E	You dash forwards whilst slashing and stabbing.
R	Your quinque becomes a shield, rendering you immune to any all attacks for a brief period of time.
F	You jump forward and once you hit the ground, multiple spikes appear around you damaging everything around you.
C	Your quinque's lance disappears and turns into Gimmick Mode.

Gimmick mode

Gimmick mode focuses on ranged attacks.

Moves

Click	You summon a very tall spike on the ground you click on with your quinque.
E	You shoot a mid-range blast that creates small spikes which move up and down
R	Your quinque becomes a shield, rendering you immune to all, attacks for a brief period of time.
F	Your quinque summons a long-ranged spike on where you point your cursor.
C	Your quinque turns into Melee Mode.
