The kakuhou surgeon is located in the Small City. It is that of an abandoned garage with trash bags at the entrance. Inside, there are tables with an aogiri member laying on one of it and a harmless NPC. It is where ghouls change their kagunes in exchange of Yen or Robux. The kakuhou surgeon is located near the Tracks, in the middle of several buildings.

Managing Ghoul Loadout[]
Players may interact with the surgery table to manage their loadout for their Ghoul save. The table manages the player's kagune.
At the table, players may:
- Purchase new kagunes for Yen or Robux. Purchases with Yen will reset the user's RC Cell count back to 800.
- Utilize the Storage to store two kagunes. There is a 60 second cooldown between swapping kagunes. Swapping does not cost any Yen or Robux and will not reset RC Cells.
- Purchase new Colors for Robux. There are multiple options to allow players to change the colors of their kagune.
