Kuki Urie is a member of Quinx, a special squad in the CCG composed of humans who have been implanted with a Ghoul's kakuhou. The kakuhou he possesses is of the koukaku RC type. It closely resembles a blade coming from his shoulder blades.

- Kuki Urie was the only Quinx teased by the developer on the Ro-Ghoul Discord; the others were a surprise as they'd never been mentioned or inquired about before.

Currently, there are two frames for Kuki Urie quinx.
Frame 1[]
Frame 1 is the simplest and weakest form of the quinx. When you use it you perform a slight dash forward going through enemies and doing damage.
