2024 Updates[]

Update 17/12/2024[]

*- ToukaK1 is here! It's a pretty complex kit so please join the community server if you aren't in it to see the kit document!

  • - Requirements: Level 1000+ and 10M RC.
  • - It has 2 modes, melee and ranged. It's meant to feel like SSS Owl, but with less wild spraying spam from Owl's ranged F move.

*- SSS Owl Cosmetic Changes:

  • - MS3 VFX bug occuring on use when moving fixed
  • - RA Lightning VFX fixed and now shows up again
  • - RS2 sound volume reduced
  • - RS3 sound volume reduced

Update 1/12/2024[]

SSS Owl has been tuned!

  • - MS2 now has a variable cooldown. 4s on hit, 2s upon missing.
  • - MS2 bug where it did not interrupt attacks fixed.
  • - RS2 and RS3 hitboxes have been adjusted to more accurately resemble the previous iteration of owl.
  • - RS3 is now interruptible.

Ginkui

  • S2 has been reverted, big as before and centered.

*- New storage box for changing weapons in arena

*- Fixed toggle dash making you dash while typing in chat.

*- Added a setting for mobile users to disable the toggle dash if they prefer that.

Update 31/10/2024[]

*- Dashes are now toggleable when you tap shift on Default control scheme. Single dash inputs should be done with double tapping WASD OR double tapping shift (don't do this, your pinky will suffer).

*- Default control scheme shift dash now uses a better input detection method to reliably dash in directions you intend. Priority for inputs is A, D, W, S.

*- Mobile dashes are now able to be press and held OR tapped to toggle.

Update 30/10/2024[]

- Pressing and holding shift with WASD now dashes without having to double tap/spam/break your fingers!

- Left Shift mouse-lock becomes Left Alt mouse-lock.

*- Pressing Q no longer punches, it is now an additional key for blocking! This is because punching is mostly useless and taking up a very convenient hotkey. Punching can still be done by clicking. This change is not part of the control scheme setting.

*- Camera position is set to be a little higher so you don't look straight at the back of your head anymore!

*- New Kagune + Kakuja! Akuma no Ketsueki, meaning Devil's Blood. Inspired by vampires and a little bit of JJK's Choso's Piercing Blood! This kagune excels in sustaining/healing and has support capabilities for teams!

  • - S2 now resets S1 CD upon landing two consecutive dashes
  • - S2 CD 2-3 > 3-4

Update 26/09/2024[]

*- NEW LEADERBOARD

- Press and hold tab or click view leaderboard below the player list.

- You can now quickly ally people with the new leaderboard.

- Kills and deaths are now tracked, and KDR is calculated!

- Factions and faction members, your faction has a calculated KDR as well! The best KDR or equal KDR with more kills will be crowned on the leaderboard.

- The top player on the leaderboard (aside from yourself) has the best KDR!

- You only get kills from players 75% of your level or higher.

*- NEW CCG COSMETICS!

  • - Reworked the quinque case animation, particles, and model!
  • - 2 New gamepasses! "The Reaper's Case" gives you Arima's IXA case! And "Case Coloring" gives you the option to have your case match your colors! Both are priced at 400 robux.

*- All regular bosses (Eto, Amon, Touka, Nishiki) experience reward has been doubled!

*- A new boss with a level 50 requirement called 'Fighter' which is guaranteed to spawn at the park on a 2.5 minute cool-down. This boss uses physical only and gives exp comparable to Amon, but no other rewards.

*- Slightly buffed speed scaling, 28 > 32 minimum 48 max stayed 48 max.

  • S1 Per dash/crawl distance 36 > 40
  • S2 Speed 100 > 120 min, 200 > 240 max

  • - P: 20% Damage Reduction, Anti-Grab, 2x Walk-Speed, and Charges.
  • - A: Swipe attacks that deal extra damage on the third one.
  • - S1: Biting rush attack that grabs dazed targets. The bites grant a charge per target hit.
  • - S2: Sprint and do a mighty chomp that stuns. Grants a charge per target hit.
  • - S3: Without max charges, stomp and do a ground pulse that lingers. With max charges, charge up a beam and fire it, dealing massive damage.
  • - SB: Tail whip that applies daze.

Update 2/26/2024[]

  • sReIXA:
    • Lance:
    • A: A precise double stab. When landing both stabs, mildly blind the target for 4 seconds.
    • S1: Quickly lunge and pierce through targets with ease, dealing true damage.
    • S2: Leap and stab the ground with lots of effort, making many powerful tendrils launch outwards out of the ground, shoving targets away.
    • S3: Using rapid footwork to dodge everything while attacking simultaneously. On the 6th attack, do a much longer form that bleeds your target and blind them for 2 seconds.
    • Gimmick:
    • A: Launch tendrils forward, dealing damage to anything and anyone in its path.
    • S1: Create a mass of tendrils that jut out and upwards, knocking targets up and away.
  • S2: Command underground tendrils to attack a target 3 times, they track and erupt from below to attack your enemy.
    • S3: Raise a row of tendrils that slowly follow where you aim. These tendrils stun targets for 1s when enveloping them.

  • Reworked Shuu1! A very basic starter kagune. Tried my hardest to make it look cool:
    • A: Basic slash attack.
    • S1: A piercing dash that stuns targets hit.
    • S2: Spring off of the kagune, increasing speed, and do a ground slam attack.
    • S3: Stab a target multiple times, and inflict bleed.
  • Revised the approach of vertical aiming. Now, to use vertical aim attacks, you MUST hold right click. Mobile players cannot use vertical aim for now.
  • Gave TakiK2 and KenK2 improved vertical treatment.
  • Nerfed TakiK2 S1 and S2 CD when vertical to a flat 2.5s increase if vertically aimed at all.
  • Tweaked KenK2 S1 CD from 3 > 8 when aiming straight up vertically to 2 > 8 when aiming straight up vertically.

  • New Quinque: S-Katana! C-Katana Stage 2
    • A: An M1 combo string that ends with a 4x physical damage dealing kick that knocks back.
    • S1: A movement based short teleport dash slash attack that provides a S3 Advantage.
    • S2: Vertical flipping slash that deals moderate damage.
    • S3: A short ranged stabbing attack that stuns the target.
    • SB: Spin and slash ahead, dealing true damage and knockback.

2023 Updates[]

Update 11/28/2023[]

  • 2x RC Gamepass!
  • Reworked Rotten Follow!:
    • Click Tap: Swing the chainsaw.
    • Click Hold: If the chainsaw is on, run faster with 50% defense, using the chainsaw. After a small delay, run even faster.
    • S1: Quick charge attack to knockback.
    • S2: Prepare with 100% defense by readying the chainsaw defensively. Releasing S2 or after a second, swing downwards with a short range crescent slash. Multiple slashes if the chainsaw is on.
    • S3: Skewer someone onto the chainsaw, dealing extra damage if the chainsaw is on, then kick them off of it.
    • SB: Start the chainsaw. Fuel scales with RC, 1M RC will be 1 second of fuel. (Max 10s)
    • Block: Block but with a tiny duration of 100% defense, like a perfect block.

  • Fixed EtoK3's aiming including it's jump, updating it's code slightly.

Update 10/31/2023[]

  • 2 MILLION FAVORITES CODE! Seriously, thank you everyone for playing and thinking Ro-Ghoul is worth being on your favorites. "!Code 2M FAVS"
  • New Halloween Exclusive Mask Code! "!Code ALL HAIL PVP KING BLOOD!"
  • New Mask! "Vampire" A down-graded version of the "King Blood" mask, but it uses P+S Colors.
  • sReTakiK2:
    • Model has been updated.
    • Idle, run, forward dash, S1, and animations have been revised.
    • Running speed increase from 1 (Base) to 1.5.
    • Click animations are changed and have been updated to newer code.
    • S1 now has camera-based vertical aim, as well as an aim-able throw.
    • S2 now has camera-based vertical aim. Click CD gets disabled if you hit a target, not just on use.
    • S3 has been recoded, and the animation has been touched up. The wind-up is shorter, and the invincibility is now untargetability as it should be. Camera now follows with the animation.
    • Bonus Special has been semi-recoded. It now has vertical and camera-based aim. The hitbox has been enlarged for better sniping, as the vertical aspect of aiming it will require you to be more precise (when you jump and aim downwards for example).
  • YomoK1's S1 CD from 2s to 2.5s
  • KenK2's Kagune Mode S1 CD increased from 0.75s to 1s
  • LycanK1's S3 damage is now half true damage and half non block-breaking damage
  • LycanK1's S1 bleed from 0.75 to 0.5
  • AmonK1's S1 CD from 2s to 3s if you hit an enemy
  • EtoK2's C CD is shorter but now begins when you land on the ground.
  • Fixed Furuta1 R CD bug.
  • Reduce Yomo1 shine.

Second Update[]

  • - TakiK2:
    • Click speed is faster.
    • Aiming up with E and R will make the cooldown longer depending on how high you aim.
    • E End Lag has been reverted to what it was before, which is shorter.
    • R not sliding fixed.
  • Fixed bug for mobile players, where the mask did not show up in settings even after resetting.


Update 10/21/2023[]

  • Getting festive for this halloween! Heres the list:
    • Fall environment, not much but slight changes to the map to look a lil more in theme.
    • Decorations! This will be a potential new feature that will be available during this time. It's very demo at the moment, but you can find it on the right, next to your main HUD. These decorations can be used to decorate the map and also to rub salt in the wound of a defeated enemy so do with that as you will. I hope you enjoy this halloween's update! (Mobile users can find this on the extras/+ section as "DECOR.")
  • Touka Kirishima has been added as a low level boss.
  • Nishiki Nishio (Low level boss) attack cool-down has been increased.

Update 10/12/2023[]

  • New Kagune, Furuta!
    • Attack: A mid range straight attack that shoves enemies.
    • S1: Swipe and smack enemies to the side.
    • S2: Run quickly then stab and pin an enemy you get close to.
    • S3: An upward strike that claws enemies upwards. Interrupting enemies with this move will wrap them and slam them to the ground.
    • SB: Slam the ground behind you, and propel yourself in the direction you're looking.

Update 8/22/2023[]

  • New Quinque, Amatsu!:
    • Passive: Chimera Synergy, Whip attacks mark enemies. Dagger attacks consume whip marks, inflicting bleed.
    • Attack: Crack whip while slashing with it.
    • S1: Double dash attack, spinning with whip then stabbing with dagger.
    • S2: Throw the quinque, dagger pointing forward, then blink to it and grab it.
    • S3: Grab enemies with a whip attack, and pull them, stabbing them with the dagger end, and then whipping them away. (Higher cool-down when landing this move)

Update 7/27/2023[]

  • Complete remake of KenK2, ReKenK2!:
    • First Mode: (Ranged + Airborne, rather unique playstyle)
    • Attack: Long range centipede stab, has vertical aim for airborne use, spammable.
    • E: Vertically aimable dash, used to leap into the sky like in the anime.
    • R: Stab and then pull enemies into the air, vertically aimable as well.
    • F: Slam that knocks back, dives from air.
    • C Mode: (Melee + Agile, as you'd expect from Pre-PKKen)
    • Attack: Basic spammable attack.
    • E: Dash attack, low CD.
    • R: Teleport dash that pins targets, then swats them away.
    • F: Become partially invisible and untargetable while moving rapidly. Catching someone during this move will whack them with high damage and a knockback.

Update 5/28/2023[]

  • New weapon, Silver Skull is added for CCG.
  • Necro mask is added.

Update 4/15/2023[]

  • - EtoK2: Much needed love as it is a fan favorite but appeared to be weak and un-fun.
    • - Movement is smoother
    • - Obsession passive made more consistent
    • - S1 range from 300 to 350, which also makes it faster
    • - S2 CD from 2.5s to 2s, takes the spotlight off of primarily using E and C-F combo
    • - S3 CD from 3.5s to 2s, this is so F move can be used independently from C
    • - S3 regular slam launches 3 shards instead of 1
    • - S3 slams while being able to move rather than straight down
    • - S3 damage was adjusted to fit with C's reduced height
    • - S3 stun is now a consistent 1 second
    • - SB now floats in the air, but doesn't jump as high, which synergizes well with S3 as it is faster to slam to the ground
  • - EtoK3: Slight touches, will be revisited if needed.
    • - Movement is smoother
    • - Updated model to hopefully reduce lag
    • - Passive damage reduction from 20% to 10%
    • - Block damage reduction from 67% to 60%
    • - Fury takes twice as much damage to fill
    • - SB damage is now true damage
    • - SB CD from 4s to 6s
  • - JiraK1: Nerfed it's supportive skills in teamfights for more of a brawling and zoning style.
    • - Movement is smoother
    • - S1 timing has been adjusted, and it no longer has a mini damageless-dash, so it should feel more natural to use now
    • - S2 no longer stuns!
    • - S2 deals more damage but in waves/ticks. It also has a damage falloff, doing half damage at max range.
    • - While using S2, passive damage reduction becomes 100%
  • - LycanK1: Changed the playstyle significantly
    • - Movement is smoother
    • - Standing speed from 1.5 to 1.25
    • - Removed jump buff
    • - Empowered S1 CD from 0s to 0.5s
    • - S1 range from 150 to 100
    • - S2 CD from 5s to 6s
    • - SB changed to no longer be a single use empowerment, it is now like a mode change.
  • - YomoK1: Tweaks to it so it's more fun to play + play against.
    • - Block damage reduction from 67% to 60%
    • - S1 CD from 1.5 to 2
    • - S3 Hitbox increased to hit targets above and below when you jump
    • - SB follows camera much better
  • - AmonK1: Adjustment that was pretty needed as it's S3 was weak and its S2 was too strong.
    • - S3 concept buffed, it's now a double-dash slash instead of a dash and cleave, which makes it easier to hit. Damage from 3 to 2.5

-** S2 CD from 1.5s to 2s

  • - Changes:
    • - Eto Boss has been fixed! Behaves as it should with attacks etc.
    • - PKKen S1 hitbox increased
    • - NoroK1 texture changed
    • - All specials and quinx now follow camera

Update 4/12/2023[]

  • ReForehead! Buffing AmonK1's forehead had these adverse effects:
    • AmonK1's confidence is improved and the running animation is no longer looking down, avoiding eye contact
    • With added forehead mass, AmonK1's click is now larger and faster, with an added slide due to being heavier in the forehead region
    • Improved aerodynamics, causing an increased distance covered by Special 1
    • Enhanced hitbox, the forehead is about 14.87% larger, causing a hitbox improvement on Special 1 by hopefully something similar?
    • With a larger forehead/brain, he changed his pants for ones that are made of synthetic fibers, that are lighter. So the Special 2 is 0.1s faster.

Update 04/09/2023[]

  • - New kagune, Koutarou Amon!

  • New Kagune, RENJI Y0M01! Kit:
    • Slightly Increased dash distance and dash speed.
    • Attack: Consecutive swipe attacks.
    • Spec. 1: Leap forward and lightning slam at the end or if you hit someone. CD varies is longer if you hit someone
    • Spec. 2: After a brief active charge-up, blast lightning forwards. Able to be activated during stun or busy, but the attack will only occur when able to attack.
    • Spec. 3: This will attack someone in melee distance, or launch a slow lightning ball. If the attack lands, teleport above and slam lightning down on them, knocking them away after the lightning strike. CD is longer if you hit someone.

  • - Joker Arata: press G with Joker Arata equipped to do a dash-cut attack.
  • - Proto Arata II: changed from 25% max hp to 20% max hp.
  • - Higher Mind: R range increased but slightly slower.
  • - IXA: Melee F is now straight, long ranged, stuns a little longer, has less end-lag, and has a little shorter cooldown. Ranged E is now faster and the cooldown is shorter. Melee R animation is improved.

  • - New rework! ReKenK1! Inspired by the Manga design of the centipede kakuja! Simplified kit: (Full Ver. in Disco):
    • Attack (S): Pierce upwards, lifts and pulls.
    • Attack (D): Rapidly swing.
    • Spec. 1 (S): Short Wind-up with an anti-grab, then swing and knockback enemies.
    • Spec. 1 (D): Quickly strike forward, dealing light damage. Deals bonus damage to stunned targets.
    • Spec. 2 (S): Swing your kagune at a location and grapple yourself there, also knocks targets back.
    • Spec. 2 (D): Aimable leap and slam with a short stun.
    • Spec. 3 (S): Speed boost that combos the target you run into.
    • Spec. 3 (D): Become untargettable for 0.6 seconds, healing 25% missing health.
    • Spec. Bonus: Switches between Dual and Single mode.

Update 4/21/2022[]

  • - New (level 1250+) boss, Gyakusatsu! She spawns every 15 minutes. Has 4 hearts that must be destroyed independently before you can damage her directly. She fires basic minions but fires out special mobs, targeting you if you damage her enough. If the mobs explode, she heals partially and you lose part of your contribution. You are rewarded according to how much you contribute to the boss fight, but you can only get Gya-Sacs in public servers. You can only fight her if you are in her proximity/zone.
