Before starting, we would like to introduce our very first blog post including strategies : Noro. From now on, strategies won't be on pages but will be on a blog post. If you see a page with a strategy tab, don't delete it. It means that admins need it to create new strategy blog posts. Also, a strategy blog post will be made every 1 or 2 friday, and sometimes there won't be a blog post in a week, so it would be kind of you to be patient for weekly strategies. Let's start now with this strategy blog post, shall we?

This week, we will be talking about strategies for and against our overused kagune, Noro. Here is the wiki's strategy about this kagune:

Playing with Noro[]

  • Click: This move doesn't have a very long range as you expect. It's range is smaller than Nishiki's stage 2 click move, you can't run or dash while using this move and it's cooldown is long compared to other kagune's click move. If possible, use this move when your opponent is paralyzed.
  • E: This move is exactly the same as the click move, as it only deals more damage and pulls your opponent near you. Like the click move, use it when your opponent is paralyzed if you want to bring your enemy near you or if you are a random killer, use this move to take players away from the safe zone so that you can kill them or kick them away from the safe zone.
  • R: Your R move has a great range, as in if you can faintly see the NPC or players name, and because of its invisible appearance, it can work as a sneak attack. But because of its lack of speed, it is not able to hit a player with max speed (200) running. If you have good reflexes, you can use it when your opponent finished a dash, is paralyzed or if you are a sneak attacker, you can use this move to let your opponent dash away and then use the F move on him/her.
  • F: Your F move has a very long range compared to other kagune's F moves. You can use it when your opponent finished a dash, is paralyzed or if you are a sneak attacker, you can use this move to let your opponent dash away and then use the R move.

Playing against Noro[]

  • Click: This move is easy to counter, as it's range is terrible and it is slow. Just keep a small distance between you and your opponent and use long range move or combos.
  • E: This move is easy to counter, as it is exactly the same as the click move, it just deals more damage and attracts you near your opponent. Like the click move, keep a small distance between you and your opponent and use long range moves or combos.
  • R: Noro's R move is unable to hit a High Rank Aogiri Member running. Because of it's lack of speed, if you want to dodge your opponent's R move, you must focus on your opponent's moves and keep dashing side-ways or backwards. As you continue dashing side-ways or backwards, your opponent will start coming closer to you. If you are close enough to your opponent, you can use a strong move or combo. If you have IXA, you can use your R move or block in a close range, then you can attack your enemy. Easily said, countering Noro's R move is very hard.
  • F: Noro's F move is easy to dodge, as it has a long range but lands slowly. If you see that your opponent is about to use the F move in the correct zone, dash backwards fast. If you have IXA, you can use your R move or block in a close range, then you can attack your enemy. However, some Noro users tend to trick you by being very close to you and using the F move, making you dodge backwards and getting hit. In this case, dash forward and use a ranged move or combo or block so that all of your opponent's useful moves would be in cooldown, giving you enough time to use a strong move or combo.
